2990608 - Error message "Job Owner for Application Data Intact cannot be empty" when setting job owner for Enable forwarding with application data intact - Recruiting Management

Error message saying "Job Owner for Application Data Intact cannot be empty" when setting up a job owner after checking "Enable forwarding with application data intact" in Manage Recruiting Settings.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All versions

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings,
2. Under the "Applicant Profile Settings" section, check the box for "Enable forwarding with application data intact",
3. Select the user to be added as Job Owner on the field that is right below,
4. Click "Save",
5. Get the error message saying "Job Owner for Application Data Intact cannot be empty".

This is a system known defect already being worked by our Development team. Their statement is that this issue is actually being caused by the Advanced people search feature toggle which is being introduced in b2011 release as part of one of your enhancements (internal task # AFT-20654).

Update - November 20th

Engineering has identified this is being caused by another functionality that has been recently enhanced in b2011. It is called "Hide username in the UI". It can be temporarily disabled, allowing you to perform changes to Manage Recruiting Settings and then just enabling it again.
