SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content
3. Select Set up Families and Roles
4. Select the Roles tab
5. Click on Create Role
6. Type a name and select a family > Create Role
7. Receive error

3. Select Set up Families and Roles
4. Select the Families tab
5. Click on Create Family
6. Type a family name > Create Family
   
7. Receive error
