2990967 - Cookie authIdentifiedData expires after 36 months

Symptom

SAML SSO is successfully set up, users can log in to an application without a password. In this scenario, the corporate identity provider (eg, Azure AD) acts as the Identity Provider, and IAS acts as a proxy system.

However, users get a prompt to enter their login identifier (e-mail, login name, etc) on IAS every 36 months and the cookie responsible for this (issued by IAS named authIdentifiedData) expires 36 months after its creation.
