• During the Onboarding process, HR receives an email with the subject: “The Employment for {FullName} has been suspended.”
• The message may be received by multiple recipients (assignees and payroll) depending on notification setup.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

• This behavior occurs when the HR user selects the option “Suspend the New Hire’s Employment” within the I9OutOfCompliance panel during the Orientation step of the Onboarding process.
• Selecting this option indicates the new hire is out of I‑9 compliance and triggers the suspension workflow and related notifications.

This behavior happens when your HR person chooses the option "Suspend the New Hire’s Employment" in the panel I9OutOfCompliance in Orientation step. The following notifications are triggered due the value:

• (OB) Susp - Assignee - The Employment for {FullName} has been suspended
• (OB) Susp - Payroll - The Employment for {FullName} has been suspended
• (3-Step I-9) Susp - Assignee - The Employment for {FullName} has been suspended
• (3-Step I-9) Susp - Payroll - The Employment for {FullName} has been suspended

This is expected system behavior when “Suspend the New Hire’s Employment” is chosen in the I9OutOfCompliance panel.

The following notifications are triggered by this selection:

• (OB) Susp - Assignee - The Employment for {FullName} has been suspended
• (OB) Susp - Payroll - The Employment for {FullName} has been suspended
