2991125 - "You are not authorized to use transaction KSBT" error happens when accessing Price Report

Symptom

With App Activity Consumption Analysis - Click in Menu: Cost Components for Price - Click in Menu: Price Report. You get below error:
"You are not authorized to use transaction KSBT".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

With App Activity Consumption Analysis - Click in Menu: Cost Components for Price - Click in Menu: Price Report.

Cause

This Price Report button is not available in Cloud.

Resolution

If you need to check the cost rates for Cost Center/Activity Types, please use the App Manage Cost Rates - Plan.
