2991144 - Export Permission Check Before Goods Issue in EWM; no permission for export

In S/4HANA IMG: Integration with Governance, Risk and Compliance-> SAP Global Trade Services-> Control Data for Transfer to SAP Global Trade Services-> Configure Control Settings for Document Transfer, checkbox "Hold Goods Issue if Export Permission Is Missing" can be used to block Goods Issue posting in S/4 if Export Permission in GTS systems is missing. However, it cannot block Goods Issue posting from EWM, which will end up with queue error in S/4 "Goods issue not allowed; no permission for export"
