While activating in solution builder for Japan (JP) country there is an error raised:

Start  activation eCATT:    /SMB99/VK15_O200_J01

Click "Details" to navigate to ABAP log
Check workaround documents / configuration guides for a solution
If you cannot resolve the error, create a ticket on component FI-LOC-CNT-JP
