2991492 - Survey details wrong in the data source "Visit Survey Answers (Basic)" (QREVQVVISITHB)

You are previewing the data source "Visit Survey Answers (Basic)" or using a report based on this data source. You notice that some survey details like Survey Life Cycle Status show wrong information. For example, the status might be shown as Open, even though the survey is completed.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Data Sources.
2. Search for Visit Survey Answers (Basic) and click Preview.
3. In the selection, filter for the visits in question.
4. Add the characteristic Survey Life Cycle Status to the view.

It shows a wrong status.

This data source is intended for surveys that are visible in the surveys facet of the Visit TI. In your case, the visit is a perfect store visit.

The survey can be maintained in 2 different locations in such a visit:

1) In the "Surveys" tab of the visit.

2) In the "Perfect Store" tab of the visit. Click on 'View Perfect Store Execution', and you will see the survey here.

The survey details can be different in these 2 locations. For example, the survey can be open in the "Survey" tab, but completed in the "Perfect Store" tab.

The data source "Visit Survey Answers (Basic)" only shows the surveys under the "Survey" tab. It does not show perfect store surveys (note that a survey can be added as a 'normal' survey and a perfect store survey as described above, even if the survey ID is the same). This is the reason you see may the survey details that do not seem to match.

 For perfect store visits and surveys, please use the data source "Perfect Store Visits and Surveys" (CODPSPSURQUEVALU) for example. It will show the correct details.
