2991495 - Termination workflow does not specify to whom direct reports will be reassigned - Employee Central

When terminating a manager and selecting "Everyone according to position hierarchy" value for Transfer Direct Reports field, the workflow triggered does not show for whom direct reports will be reassigned, this is not happening when selecting another value for the Transfer Direct Reports field.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management

1. Take Action > Termination on profile of a user with direct reports
2. Under Transfer Direct Reports section, select "Everyone according to position hierarchy"
3. Trigger workflow and enter the workflow details page
4. Notice it does not show to whom direct reports will be reassigned

• This is as per current system design when using "Everyone according to position hierarchy" option,  the system will not show to whom the direct reports will transfer to on the workflow,
• This option will reassign the direct reports to the next available manager according the position hierarchy and system cannot guarantee that the position hierarchy will not be changed before the workflow is saved.
