2991788 - Application Error : Individual Work Schedule

Symptom

"System error. Please contact administrator" application error displayed when entering any value greater than 999 in the field “Average Hours Per Year” while creating Individual Work schedule

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to job info of a user and click on "Find a Work Schedule".
  2. Click on "New Individual Work Schedule" and fill all the details.
  3. In the field "Average Hours Per Year" enter any value greater than 999 and click on "Assign" - system raises error message.

Resolution

This is resolved via a patch on 24-Nov-20 for Preview environments and 27-Nov-20 for Production environments.

Workaround : Create Individual Work Schedule from "Manage Time Off Structures".
