"System error. Please contact administrator" application error displayed when entering any value greater than 999 in the field “Average Hours Per Year” while creating Individual Work schedule

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to job info of a user and click on "Find a Work Schedule".
- Click on "New Individual Work Schedule" and fill all the details.
- In the field "Average Hours Per Year" enter any value greater than 999 and click on "Assign" - system raises error message.
This is resolved via a patch on 24-Nov-20 for Preview environments and 27-Nov-20 for Production environments.
Workaround : Create Individual Work Schedule from "Manage Time Off Structures".
