2992279 - Message prompted to candidates that wish to withdraw their application when they are already in a disqualified status - Recruiting Management

Candidates always have the option to withdraw their application to jobs they are no longer interested. By default, the SF system prompts them a message whenever they try that already from a disqualified application status. As sometimes candidates still haven't been informed they were disqualified, it is important to consider the wording on said message, to avoid candidates' frustration. This KBA will cover how to do that.

By default, the wording for this message is "You already disqualified for this job.". It can be changed with the use of Manage Languages and the required key to perform this change is JOB_REQ_ALREADY_DISQUALIFIED. When defining the new verbiage, please consider this message is displayed to both internal and external candidates.
