2992360 - Error RECEPR008 when perform valuation

Symptom

1. Run Valuation on Contracts, system throws message "It was not possible to determine a valuation-relevant condition Message No. RECEPR008" thus preventing from generating valuation relevant postings in the system.

2. When modifying the valuation rule, there is warning message appear with Text " $Valuation_rule $Rule_No. :Conditions have not been assigned to the rule Message no. RECETM054 "
