Symptom

Need to configure custom Tax Class with zero Tax rate to FSS so as:

  • payroll result table RT contains 2 records of corresponding wage type (f.e. /402) with with references to two different splits below and above the legal limit in TAX table of RU payroll results
  • reflect payroll results in the legal reporting
