2992466 - Summary KBA: "Web Dynpro component does not exist"/ Dump SAPLWDR_RUNTIME_REPOSITORY

You receive a dump when navigating in Portfolio Management or Project Management application.
In the system frontend you see an error screen with error:

"500 Internal Server Error" "Web Dynpro component does not exist"

Sometimes in the system backend (transaction ST22) you can see a dump with the following information:

Runtime Errors UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION Except. CX_WDR_RR_EXCEPTION ABAP Program SAPLWDR_RUNTIME_REPOSITORY
