2992642 - "No RelayState cookie found in the request. SAML 2.0 authentication failed" Error Occurs when Accessing Application on Neo

Symptom

After setting the Application Identity Provider in the SAP Cloud Platform, the error 400 occurs when accessing applications such as SAP Web IDE.

In the application logs the following error is shown:

"Reason: No RelayState cookie found in the request. SAML 2.0 authentication failed"
