2992747 - Standalone Retrofit is not creating Retrofit data and registering transport request in Solution Manager when TR is released

Symptom

  • Have configured Solution Manager to use Standalone Retrofit per KBA 2488168 - Standalone Retrofit - SAP Solution Manager 7.2
  • When manually releasing transport request (TR) registered in a project which is mapped in /TMWFLOW/CTS_MAP, the retrofit data is not created
  • When using SOLMAN_SETUP Prepare Maintenance Landscape for Retrofit contains the TR and can register it there
  • Have implemented SAP Note 2737455
