2992766 - Replication Server terminated unexpectedly with stacktrace - SRS

Symptom

  • Replication Server terminated with a stacktrace:

example:

Thread dALARM( ) infected with signal 11.
Dumping memory trace.
*****thread dALARM( )*******

  • Before the stacktrace, the Replication Server error log could report various errors like:
    • DSI EXEC(nnn(1) RDS.rdb) - Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 84083974, Severity 5 -- 'ct_results(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect'.
    • DSI EXEC(nnn(1) RDS.rdb) - Failed to connect to server 'ASE_RSSD' as user 'RS_RSSD_prim'.
    • ERROR #13045 REP AGENT(PDS.pdb) - Failed to connect to server  'ASE_RSSD' as user 'RS_RSSD_prim'.
