2992831 - How to action on Data Flow Verification results/why DFV is still open.

or you want to know why the Data Flow Verificationis still open.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management Work Center.
2. Navigate to the Data Flow Verification Results View.
3. Find and select the respective Result ID.
4. Click on start document synchronization button if enabled.
5. If the repeat check button is enabled, then click on it to generate new action log which will shows current errors. Take action as per the errors and then click on Repeat check button. Follow this steps until no errors occurs. (If error still exists, search for help documents for those erros in help center to solve the errors)
6. Once done again do the synchronization and repeat check.
7. Also check if there are open tasks which respective users can restart  as mentioned in the KBA 2834513 - How to Restart a Process Communication Message in the User Interface 
8. Also check the errors under application user management work center> process communication errors view> Open errors with incidents, then take action ad per the errors
9. Restart the stuck messages as per the details mentioned in above KBA.
10. Once done again do the synchronization and repeat check,  if still unable to resolve the error, kindly raise an incident for each unique error.
11. If the DFV has no errors or Repeat check is disabled, that means no action is required, please manually click on button"change status to closed" after confirming no error for the DFV.
