Symptom
- When doing a search in CRM UI of ITSM or ChaRM documents, partner function fields are not populated in the result list. Only after pressing Refresh button those fields are correctly displayed in search result list.
- The 'Last Changed By' field values for incidents searched through the ITSM tool show other BP, no text and sometimes the desired BP as a result when clicked upon.
This may happen for any field which has business partner values.
