2992976 - New hire data review for internal hires is not loading - Onboarding 2.0

Symptom

When you try to open the new hire data review page for an internal hire, the page keeps loading.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard;
  2. Try to open the new hire data review for a crossboarding activity;
  3. The dashboard keeps loading.

Cause

You permission role does not have the employee or hiring manager for your employee as target population.

Resolution

Make sure that your employee and the hiring manager are part of the target populations for your permission role.
