How to view Nomination Notes from Successor Nominations within the system.

 SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Add a nomination to a Position within the system, for example through the Succession Org Chart or Position Tile View.

2. You will be presented with a Notes section where you can add the details of the nomination.

3. Save.

You can view the notes in the system through two different ways;

1. You can select a nomination and then select the Edit Nomination option.

2. You can also report on Nomination Notes through Succession reporting.

This is the only available options currently in the system as per its current design due to the fact that the Nomination Notes section can have a maximum of 4000 characters. In these cases where there is large Nomination Notes it would be advisable to use the reporting feature.
