Symptom
- The data starts to flow to replicate ASE when activate subscription with catchup_queue is executed.
- Base on the manual, the data should be saved in the catchup_queue, and flow after the validate subscription.
- Activate subscription with catchup_queue when the DSI connection is down causing error. After resume the DSI connection.
- SRS errorlog shows that the subscription is being dropped by SRS automatically.
- The creation of the subscription eventually failed and have to manually drop to clean it up.
The DSI thread for database 'RDS.db2' is started.

PRIMARY Replication Server: Dropping subscription <RO_db2_sub> for database replication definition <RO_db2_repdef> with replicate at <RDB.db2>
REPLICATE Replication Server: Resource for subscription <RO_db2_sub> for database replication definition <RO_db2_repdef> with replicate at <RDB.db2> is released because of error. - check subscription shows the following errors:
check subscription RO_db2_sub for database replication definition RO_db2_repdef with primary at PDB.db2 with replicate at RDB.db2

Subscription RO_db2_sub encountered ERROR.
Subscription RO_db2_sub is ACTIVE at the primary.
