2993288 - Unable to Create or Edit Goals after Upgrading to Latest Version of Goal Management

With the Latest version of Goal Management, users can't create or edit goals from Legacy templates even they have the correct permission. 

• SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Plan

1. Go to Development Plan
2. Option to add/edit goals is not shown 

Goal template is still in Legacy view.

To fix this, convert your existing goal plan templates so that you can use and edit your templates and the related goal data in the latest Goal Management.

1. Go to Admin Center then Manage Templates.
2. go to Goal tab then select the goal plan template that you want to convert.
3. Choose Convert.

Please note: The conversion cannot be stopped or undone. Converting a template takes from a few minutes to several hours depending on the configuration and the amount of data in it.

• An existing goal plan template can be converted only once.
• We recommend that:
  
  • You convert existing goal plan templates that you actively use in the current goal cycle.
  • You convert the next template only after the previous one is converted.
• We don't recommend that you convert existing goal plan templates that contain many complex calculation rules.
