Tasks are not being displayed in Visit timeline

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Visits work centre view.
- Open a relevant visit.
Result: Tasks are not displayed in Timeline
Resolution
This is a current limitation of the system.
The current goal of the interaction timeline is to display transactional details which might provide the appropriate context leading to the visit taking place. As Tasks span across long time periods with various dates of importance, we currently do not consider them within the timeline of interactions.
If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
An alternative option may be to check the corresponding SAP Customer Influence Site to submit an idea:
