2993902 - FileRepositoryServer crashed unexpectedly

Symptom

  1. InputFileRepositoryServer will be crashed when open a webi report in BIlaunchpad.
  2. When start server, the error is shown in linux command console:*** glibc detected ***   <BIInstallFolder>/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x64//boe_filesd: free(): invalid next size (fast): 0x00002b66c0003fd0 ***
  3. Get the error when open webi reports:The document cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (WIS 30951) (Error : INF)
  4. All kernel parameters are unlimited.
  5. In trace log of InputFileRepositoryServer, the following error is shown:

        NSCLIENT: no valid APS available to connect to

        OSCAFactory com.seagatesoftware.img.osca.fileserver.FileSystem.973731374244."<nodename>"-Input.<nodename> of kind f\u001e

        OSCAInfoserverFactory_impl::UnbindFactory:  transport error: unable to retrieve the cms factory. \u001e
