2993984 - Core dumps are created even if core limit is set to 0

Symptom

The core limit has been set to zero for the relevant user, so that no core is created. Despite this, core dumps are created by SAP Application Server processes.

Checking the followings still indicates, that the core limit is zero.

-  report RSBDCOS0 with "ulimit -a" or "limit"

-  sapcontrol program: sapcontrol -nr 00 -function OSExecute "`which csh` -c limit" 0 0
