2994323 - SO601 - Recipient * does not exist in the address management

1.  When attempting to send a message to an external address, a pop-up is received as follows with the error: "Recipient * does not exist in the address management - SO601"
   
   
   
   
2. If checking the available Recipient types when sending the message only the following will be seen, some types are missing like Internet Address, Fax, Pager number, etc.  
   
   
   
   
3. Also the message that is attempted to be sent will not appear in the Send queue in transaction SOST.
