2994328 - Error while importing Learning items in SAP Jam

While trying to import the Learning items under Learning in SAP Jam, it returns the following error:

Failed to connect with the external application due to a network socket error. Error Detail The external application returned the following error:'401', message:'Failed to open TCP connection to xxxxxxxx.lms.sapsf.com:443 (getaddrinfo: Name or service not known)'.

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Navigate to SAP Jam
2. Go to SAP Jam Admin
3. Expand Integrations
4. Select External Applications
5. Under 'Learning', click Action
6. Select 'Manage Record Types'
7. Click 'Import Default Types'

DNS resolution is not happening for the LMS tenant

SAP Support needs to engage Operations team to add the IP address of the LMS tenant to the internal DNS
