2994465 - "My Teams" Functionality Does Not Work For A Manager

You have a manager who has employees reporting to them, but they are unable to view data in queries such as My Team's Account, My Team's Open/In Process Activities, My Team's Opportunities and others.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Go to My Team Opportunities.
4. No results are displayed.

(The Opportunities work center view is used here as an example. Behavior can be observed in other work centers as well.)

The org unit to which the manager and the employees are assigned does not have the Sales function selected.

Please edit the org unit in the Organizational Management work center and check the Sales box under the Functions tab, then save and activate the changes.
