2994468 - Notification actions are not updating index fields - Onboarding 1.0

You have an assign action in one of your Onboarding notifications to update an HRData key. The action is being executed and the update is happening for the HRData key, however, the update is not occoring for the corresponding index field. 

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Create a notification in Onboarding > Notifications;
2. In the actions tab, include an Set HRData key action;
3. Execute this notification for one of your new hires;
4. The HRData key is updated, however, the index field is not (only visible by support)

This is currently a product defect.

This defect will be fixed on b2105 release by the code fix ONB-28120. Meanwhile, we suggest you to update your keys through Onboarding Panels or Superadmin actions (available in Superadmin > Processes > Process Name > Process Step > Assign action)
