2994476 - Error when transporting condition types

When releasing Q2P change project, the following error occurs:

Transport the access sequ. & for condition type & (in application V)

Access sequences need to be transported to P system before transporting condition types.

In the quality system, add the corresponding access sequence to the export list and export the software collection using the "Export Software Collection" app. In the production system, import the software collection using the "Import Software Collection" app.
