2994828 - ESI - CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_DATE_TIME value is not a valid date with time

Symptom

  • A SOAP web service call fails with this error: SRT: Serialization/ Deserialization failed.
  • SRT_UTIL transaction shows this error in the error log: Value is not a valid date with time in accordance with the XML format for ABAP. CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_DATE_TIME exception is shown when double-clicking the error log entry.
