2994894 - Blank data in Manage Pending hires after instance refresh - Onboarding 1.0

After BizX instance refresh it is not possible to see any new hire's data in Manage Pending Hires page on the target instance.

The refresh process was executed only on the BizX instance (including onboardingCandidateInfoObjects), however, the onboarding instance was not copied and the existing information in the OCI's does not exists in Onboarding.

The visibility of candidates in Manage Pending Hires page is controlled by a object called onboardingCandidateInfo, for this scenario you have two possible options.

• Change the visibility of your existing OCI objects by changing the ReadyToHire flag to NO. This can be achieved by exporting/importing the data as described in 2419074 - Manually Updating the OnboardingCandidateInfo Object in Onboarding

OR

• Perform the instance refresh in the Onboarding Instance as well. That will ensure that you have the data integrity and the existing OCI's will match with your existing candidates in Onboarding.
