2995038 - Expanding or adjusting a dropdown window closes the dropdown options

• Expanding or adjusting a dropdown window in many pages like Manage position, Manage data , Manage document generation template, Manage Organisation, Pay and Job Structures etc, makes the dropdown to become invisible and then re-appear.
• Or sometimes the dropdown itself closes so that user cannot select a value after adjusting the dropdown window size.

Click dropdowns and try to adjust the window size to see the issue in below sample screens, it might be affecting other pages as well:
