2995048 - Error 9522 when using unsigned datatype with SET ROWCOUNT - SAP ASE

Symptom

A 9522 error, "The parameter that specifies the number of rows in a SET ROWCOUNT statement must be an integer with a value greater than 0.", will be reported when SET ROWCOUNT command is executed and an unsigned variable is passed to it.
