2995052 - After Uploading Project Time Recording via Excel, the Time Remains as "In Approval"

You are using the Excel Upload for Project Time Recording and notices that when following this approach, the Employee Time Sheet will have the Time for the specific date as “In Approval”, not approved.

This happens because general Employees or Users can use the Excel Upload for their own User, therefore we cannot skip the Approval Process while when someone is doing it via Time Administration Work Center, we know that the Time Administrator has all the rights to approve the records.

This is system expected behavior.
