How to Attach/Add an image in the Development/Objective Plan Introduction Section?

This option only works in Mozilla Firefox Web brower and there are 2 ways it can be done, From Manage Templates, open the Development/Objective Plan then:
- Copy from your folder and paste it inline (within Introduction) rich text editor
- Drag from the folder and drop it in the Introduction rich text editor
