Symptom
- Lumira Server is stuck in 'starting' state in Central Management Console (CMC) -> Servers after update to Lumira 2.4
- If the Lumira Server cannot start 5 times within a certain period, it may be found instead in 'Failed' state
- Below is the details of the server in properties (CMC -> Servers -> LumiraServer -> Right-click -> Properties):
The executable could not be launched. Possible reasons are insufficient RAM or disk space, or an invalid filepath or working directory. Actual reason: Could not start '"INSTALLDIR\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\sapjvm_8\bin\java.exe" <TRUNCATED>
