2995636 - Error message XS843 'Message cannot be edited due to error during encryption or signing'

• The SMTP protocol is used for sending messages from SAP system;
• In SCOT, the Signature and Encryption are configured as "SAPConnect" or "Proxy"
• These messages are failing with error message XS843 - Message cannot be edited due to error during encryption or signing;

        The long text of the Technical information(if available) can be different：

• • The certificate for email "sender_address" was not found in the address book.
  • Error in SSF function module SSFPSE_PARAMETER.
  • S/MIME Identity with logical name "sender_address" does not exist.
