2995682 - How the actuals are checked when changing resource from "Confirmed" to "Unconfirmed"

Symptom

In customer project, when changing toggle of "Confirmed" from "ON" to "OFF", following error occurs.
"You cannot change the confirmation status, as time postings exist.".
It is unclear how the actual time postings are checked.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to app "plan customer project".
  2. Go to tab "Team".
  3. Change the toggle : "Confirmed" from "ON" to "OFF".

Resolution

When changing a confirmed resource to not confirmed, the system will check the actual time postings based on following criteria.

  • Work Package ID
  • Work Item ID
  • Resource ID
  • Employee ID
