Error: BENEFITS_INSURANCE_PLAN_IS_REQUIRED when adding "enrollment for" under toCoverageOptions of Eligible Enrollee Options

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to instance
- Go to Benefit Admin Overview
- Search Eligible Enrollee Option
- Take action > Make Correction
- Under toCoverageOptions > add enrollment for
- Error: BENEFITS_INSURANCE_PLAN_IS_REQUIRED
Resolution
- This is an incorrect way of adding coverage options
- Coverage should be added from Insurance plan only
- Go to Benefit Admin overview
- Search Insurance Plan
- Take action > Make correction
- Under Coverage option
- Select Enrollment for
- Now click "details" and add Coverage Details - Coverage and Rate Chart > done
- Save changes
