2995823 - My Inbox list is limited to 100 while the tile number shows a higher amount - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Customer found in My inbox application on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the tile shows about 300 items,but inside the application only 100 items were displayed.

Environment

  • SAP Fiori My Inbox
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Searchinh by My Inbox in the Fiori Launchpad Search.
  2. Noticing the Tile shows "300".
  3. Accessing the MY Inbox app.
  4. Noticing only 100 items are listed.

Cause

The default value is set to 100.

Resolution

Follow the documentation Configure My Inbox Tile Parameters.

Create their customized My Inbox tile(Custom Tiles) and change the parameter(ListSize) which default value is 100 to the number they want to display. example listSize=500
