2996017 - BOM Component with Lead Time Offset will not be scheduled correctly by APO or PPDS

A Bill of Material (BOM) contains one or more components that have a lead time offset maintained. For example when creating a planned or production order in ERP/S4 or in APO/PPDS the requirement date of the component will be calculated based on the activity start date (where the component is assigned to) minus the offset. The system does not recognize the nonworkingdays of the factory calendar of the resource.
