This KBA summarizes some known behaviors/limitations about the Zoom integration.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Does the Zoom integration support Oauth?
  
  • ANSWER: Currently not. It only supports JWT token. Note: Zoom has deprecated JWT effective June, 2023 (info source). 

• Does the integration support SSO?
  
  • ANSWER: SSO Integration is not supported in Learning. The instructor password is mandatory while associating the instructor with Zoom VLE.
    
    
• Does SAP SuccessFactors issue the class title while the meeting/webinar is created at Zoom?
  
  • Yes. Please, access the SAP Help Portal Zoom APIs Called for VLS for additional details.

Notes:

• Some of these are Zoom specific limitations. If you want to change the behavior, please raise an enhancement request (KBA 2090228).
• There is an approved enhancement request: "Enable Zoom that is set up with SSO to work with Learning". Please, keep an eye on the Roadmap for when the enhancements/changes are being planned for and on the What's New Viewer when major upgrades happen.
