Symptom

  • While updating the information in SPNEGO configuration as  part of SNC / SSO configuration an error occurs
  • The error occurs while attempting to save the updates in SPNEGO
  • The error message :
    Error during Secure Storage access (C-function:
    RSecDReadItem, rc: 15-)
    OTR-Based Exception of Class: CX_KRB_KEYTAB
  • In the SECSTORE there are entries for /SPNEGO/KEYTAB/* showing in an error state, for example:
