2997034 - Unable to Access Onboarding Dashboard and New Hire data review tile with error - Onboarding

• Below error is thrown while trying to access Onboarding Dashboard and New Hire data review tile.
• Error: user@companyID:ODDynamicContext@5eb69250: cannot convert property ONB2ProcessOverview.targetDate value to odata4j property value.expected type is :datetime, but given type is: java.lang.String value: 9999-99-99

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

MDF Object permission did not sync to system.

To fix the error we need to run MDF object definition to DB Sync from Provisioning once on affected instance. Follow below path to run the job:

1. Login to Provisioning-> Manage Scheduled Jobs-> Run the Job.
   
   • NOTE: Customers have the possibility to directly run this job from the Admin Center, however the prerequisite is that it was previously created at least once from Provisioning. For more information, please check the KB Article 2534674. 
2. Once job is completed successfully, login to instance and perform OData refresh and try to access the Onboarding Dashboard and New Hire data review tile.
