Symptom

During an S/4HANA conversion or upgrade a timeout error occurs during phase PARRUN_SILENT_DATA_MIGR with error similar to the below:

Dispatcher Timeout: 1 waited 3600 sec for process
Ending at 01.01.2020 00:00:00
- on host <host> work process 8
Records to be processed at first migration run: 0
Records to be processed at start of migration run: 0
Records to be processed at end of migration run: 0
