2997093 - Is it Possible to Enable the Old/Legacy Version of Continuous Performance Management post-2H 2020 Release?

Symptom

  • Is it possible to enable the old/legacy version of Continuous Performance Management post-2H 2020 release?
  • After enabling Continuous Performance Management post-2H 2020 release, only the latest version of Continuous Performance is available.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

Resolution

  • If Continuous Performance Management has not been enabled in the environment prior to the 2H 2020 release, once it is enabled it will default to the latest version of Continuous Performance Management.
  • If the old/legacy version of Continuous Performance Management was already enabled prior to the 2H 2020 release, this will still be current version of Continuous Performance Management on your environment and you will still be able to use this version going forward.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • If the old/legacy version of Continuous Performance Management is currently enabled on your environment, you must NOT disable or re-enable Continuous Performance Management - carrying out this step will mean that once you re-enable Continuous Performance Management, it will default to the latest version.
