Symptom 1: 

Runtime Errors CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR

"Upgrade still running: Logon not possible"

The termination occurred in ABAP program or include 
"CL_RSB_FILE_LOGICAL===========CP", in "DETERMINE_FILENAME". The 
main program was "RSD_XPRA_REPAIR_0TCTIOBJVL_740". 
In the source code, the termination point is in line 46 of program or 
include "CL_RSB_FILE_LOGICAL===========CM006". 
Program "CL_RSB_FILE_LOGICAL===========CP" was started as a background job.
