Marketing permissions in SAP Sales Cloud are used for natural persons like contacts and individual customers. On corporate accounts the marketing permission is not used as they are normally not natural persons (email addresses are normally used for general purposes, like info@sap.com). So we don't expect a subscription of newsletter on such a non-personal email-address, but on a contact assigned to a corporate account.
